Letzembourg, officially the Grand Duchy of Letzembourg (or in the Letzembourgish language, Grot Herzogdom von Letzembourg, is a small constitutional monarchy located on the eastern coast of North Carolina, in the United States of America. Letzembourg has been a member of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire since 19 May, 2016. Its capital is the Duchy Victoria.
The Grand Duchy of Letzembourg comprises six principal regions: the Duchies of Victoria, Christmas, Hatteras and Leige, and the Territories of Beatrice and Rossland. As a representative democracy with a Constitutional Monarch, it is headed by the Grand Duke, Christian I, but the government is under the rule of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, participating in the parliaments of the Empire, the Imperial and Royal Common Government, and even following the same laws.
What is a micronation?​

According to Wikipedia, a micronation is, "an entity that claims to be an independent nation or state but is not recognized by world governments or major international organizations." With that being said, the Grand Duchy of Letzembourg falls under this category (along with its other Karno-Ruthenian counterparts). Although we are not recognized by any world government or higher authority, we still consider ourselves to be fully-functioning nation. We are a community of compatriots, united under a common symbol. We welcome all who wish to join us, regardless of race, gender, nationality, whatever! We treat everyone equally.
